Preview Notes

Unfortunately, I can only find previews of six of the eight Western International League teams for 1949, so I've been unable to provide a look ahead at Victoria or Bremerton.
The newspaper I was using as a source is unavailable for one day and another is missing the sports page, so that's likely where they were printed.
